This is Fonda Yerkes’ first memoir, where she shares her story about grief and her heroine’s journey to healing. She was born and raised in Texas but has been a resident of Washington for the past 28 years, where she and her husband love to hike and enjoy the outdoors with their yellow lab, Finn.
